MAJOR GROUPS SPECIAL STUDIES

The Secretariat, in collaboration with major group partners, is undertaking special studies as contributions to the Johannesburg 2002 process. These currently include:

the Second International Survey of Local Agenda 21 Initiatives, to be conducted jointly with ICLEI

an Analysis of the Multi-stakeholder Dialogue Segments of the CSD 1998-2001, with Consensus Building Institute at MIT
