This Book prepared by
Md. Emdadul Huq, a senior Officer of the Ministry of Law, provides the
first completion of Bangladesh environmental and pollution control
laws implemented and enforced by the Department of the Environment. To
enhance its practical value as a working reference, legal texts have
been annotated with reference to relevant government implementation
policies, directives and procedural orders.
